Our goal is to provide our guests with thoughtful and delicious food alongside welcoming and dedicated hospitality. We work closely with farms and other local purveyors in an effort to highlight regional ingredients on our seasonally focused menu. At the helm of the kitchen is Eric Frier, (Uni, Ribelle) and his partner Daniel Rodriguez, (Uni, Clio). The well-seasoned duo brings ambition and distinct creativity to craft an approachable menu of plates designed for tasting and sharing. Their American-inspired take on classic and modern dishes will open up the minds and appetites of our guests. We would like to welcome everyone to Spoke and we hope to provide our neighborhood with an inviting place to get together.
